I read one report that indicated had the plan been effectively implemented it could of cleaned up 95% of the spill. They have still yet to get this equipment into the Gulf because they didn't have it. Their asking other countries if we can borrow theirs. It's been around for so long, everyone just thinks that somehow it has to be that way, but no one knows why. It's just amazing. In the current system, we're all taxed on money we've NEVER even actually taken posession of and people just accept it. I guess we all are just sheeple. Can you imagine the uproar if people suddenly had to actually write a check for their witholdings instead of having it automatically deducted from their paycheck?
